Mist Caddie Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind our product and want you to love your Mist Caddie. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Returns — Change of Mind
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns — this covers the cost of the return shipping label we provide and processing time
- Item must be returned in the original packaging
- The Mist Caddie must show no signs of abuse or unusual wear — units returned in damaged or heavily used condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer
- Once we receive and inspect the returned unit, your refund will be issued to the original payment method minus the 20% restocking fee
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear
1-Year Warranty — Defective Units
If your Mist Caddie has a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, we will send you a replacement unit at no cost.
- Contact us at Support@MistCaddie.com with a photo or short video showing the issue
- We will work through basic troubleshooting with you first — most misting issues are resolved by cleaning or replacing the mist tip (a spare is included in the box)
- If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will ship a replacement — you do not need to return the original unit
- Mist Caddie covers all shipping costs on confirmed defective units
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops, misuse, or unauthorized modifications
- Mist tip clogging caused by use of hard water, hose water, or unfiltered water — filtered water only (see setup guide)
- Normal wear over time
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we'll file the carrier claim and reship your order. You should never have to deal with a carrier claim yourself.
How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim
Email Support@MistCaddie.com with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]" and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps including your prepaid return label if applicable.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
