Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Free Shipping (2+ unit orders): Delivered via ground shipping in 2–7 business days
• Standard Shipping ($9.95 for single unit orders): Delivered via ground shipping in 2–7 business days
• Priority Shipping: Delivered within 1–3 business days

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at Support@MistCaddie.com and we will file the carrier claim and reship your order. You should never have to navigate a carrier claim yourself.
